installation location.
The Customer is solely responsible for arranging any lifting equipment, cranes, forklifts or additional manpower that may be required to complete delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed because adequate access has not been provided, the Customer remains responsible for any additional transportation, storage, re-delivery or handling costs.
The Customer should inspect the shipment as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Before accepting the shipment, the Customer should examine the packaging for any visible signs of damage.
If damage is visible upon delivery, the Customer should:
note the damage on the carrier's delivery documentation;
take clear photographs of the packaging and Product;
notify us without undue delay.
Failure to report visible transport damage promptly may affect the carrier's ability to investigate the claim.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer upon physical delivery of the Product to the delivery address or to another person designated by the Customer.
Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, risk transfers only at the moment prescribed by such legislation.
Ownership of the Product remains with us until full payment has been received.
If a Product is ready for shipment but delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the Customer, we may arrange storage of the Product.
Reasonable storage, handling and re-delivery costs may be charged to the Customer.
If prolonged storage becomes necessary, we will notify the Customer before additional charges are incurred.
Kalachakra does not provide installation, assembly, plumbing, electrical work or on-site commissioning services.
The Customer is solely responsible for arranging qualified professionals where installation, plumbing, electrical connections or site preparation are required.
We accept no responsibility for:
incorrect installation;
improper electrical connections;
inadequate foundations;
insufficient structural support;
plumbing errors;
local code compliance;
damage resulting from installation performed by third parties.
Installation costs are never included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated on the Website.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is properly prepared before delivery.
Depending on the Product purchased, this may include:
adequate structural support;
sufficient load-bearing capacity;
electrical supply;
plumbing connections;
drainage;
ventilation;
frost protection where applicable;
safe access for delivery.
Failure to prepare the installation site may result in additional delivery costs or delays, for which the Customer is responsible.
If the Customer fails to accept delivery within a reasonable period after the Product becomes available for delivery, we reserve the right to:
store the Product at the Customer's expense;
recover reasonable storage and handling costs;
arrange a new delivery date at the Customer's expense where applicable.
We will always make reasonable efforts to contact the Customer before taking such measures.
Products sold through this Website are covered by Kalachakra's 2-Year Limited Product Warranty.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and the Warranty Policy regarding warranty matters, the Warranty Policy shall prevail.

Customers are responsible for following the care, maintenance and operating instructions supplied with the Product.
Proper maintenance helps preserve the Product's appearance, functionality and long-term performance.
