Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies, including pixels and tags, to operate the Website, remember your preferences, analyse usage and deliver advertising.

Non-essential cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies, are only set where you have given consent. You may accept cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or change your preferences at any time.

Full details of the cookies used, the categories they fall into and how to manage them are set out in our Cookie Policy.

8. Third-party Service Providers

We share personal data only with providers that are necessary to operate the Website and fulfil orders. Each provider processes data in accordance with its own privacy notice and, where it acts on our behalf, under a data processing agreement.

  • Meta Pixel — advertising measurement and remarketing on Meta platforms.
  • Google Workspace — business email and document storage used to handle enquiries and orders.
  • Local shipping and logistics providers — delivery of ordered products, which requires disclosure of the recipient's name, delivery address and contact details.

We may also disclose personal data to professional advisers, or to public authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

9. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers are established outside Gibraltar and the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, Gibraltar or the United Kingdom, we ensure that an appropriate safeguard under Chapter V of the GDPR is in place, typically the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, supplemented where necessary by additional technical and organisational measures, or a valid adequacy decision.

You may request further information about the safeguards applied by contacting support@longevityplunge.com.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Contact form enquiries — up to 24 months from the last communication, unless an order results;
  • Order, billing and payment records — for the period required by applicable accounting and tax legislation, generally up to 10 years;
  • Warranty and after-sales records — for the duration of the applicable warranty period and a reasonable period thereafter to handle claims;
  • Analytics and advertising data — in accordance with the retention periods of the relevant provider and the lifetimes set out in our Cookie Policy;
  • Marketing consent records — until consent is withdrawn, plus a reasonable period to evidence compliance.

When personal data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

11. Your Rights under GDPR

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it;
  • rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • erasure of your personal data where there is no continuing lawful basis for processing;
  • restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
  • data portability, receiving the data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to object at any time to processing for direct marketing purposes;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects; we do not carry out such processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact support@longevityplunge.com. We will respond within one month of receiving your request, which may be extended by a further two months for complex requests. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

12. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. These include encryption of data in transit using TLS, access controls and authentication on the systems we use, and reliance on established providers that maintain recognised security standards for payment and ecommerce processing.

Payment card details are processed directly by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure. Where a personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the competent supervisory authority and, where required, the individuals concerned.

13. Children's Privacy

The Website and the products offered through it are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact support@longevityplunge.com and we will delete the data without undue delay.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technologies or legal obligations.
